How to Purchase an eSIM

Purchase a new data plan

Please select the data plan that best suits your needs from the country of use and proceed to purchase.
If you are a first time customer, please register your membership information and payment method.

Recharge (additional data allowance)

When your remaining data allowance runs low, you can recharge it from the purchased items in My eSIM.
Please select and purchase the recharge plan of your choice.

Receipt

Receipts can be downloaded from your profile, under Purchase History, Purchased eSIMs.
The name on the receipt will reflect the first name and last name entered at the time of application.

Cancellations and changes

Order details cannot be changed.

How to set up eSIM

Setting up on your smartphone

Please install the eSIM product that will be sent to you via email after your purchase is complete.

Manual Installation

In case of iOS
  1. Open "Settings"
  2. Choose "Cellular"
  3. Scroll down and choose "Add eSIM"
  4. "Set Up Cellular" screen will appear. Choose "Use QR Code"
  5. Tap "Enter Details Manually"
  6. Enter the SM-DP+ Address and Activation Code
  7. Wait for the activation process
  8. If your phone assigns a Primary and Secondary network, turn off unnecessary connections. iOS allows you to have 2 active networks at the same time.
  9. Tap "Continue" on the eSIM activation screen
  10. Make sure that your eSIM is added to the SIM list on the "Cellular" screen
In case of Android

*The following is an example of the procedure for Google Pixel. It may differ depending on the version.

  1. Open "Settings"
  2. Tap "Network and Internet"
  3. Tap "SIMs"
  4. Tap "Add SIM"
  5. Tap "Set up an eSIM"
  6. Wait on the "Checking network info" screen
  7. On the QR code scanning screen, tap "Need help?"
  8. Tap "Enter it manually"
  9. Enter the code
  10. Wait for the eSIM to set up
  11. Tap "Settings"
  12. On the SIM selection screen, make sure your new eSIM is installed
  13. Tap on the eSIM you want and tap "Turn on"
  14. Wait while your phone is switching the SIM in use
  15. When the prompt "Use eSIM for mobile data?" appear, tap "use eSIM"
  16. You will be asked "Improve mobile data connectivity?" choose "No"
  17. Tap "Access Point Names"
  18. Tap the "+" symbol on the APN screen
  19. Enter the name and the APN
    Name mobiledata    APN mobiledata
  20. Tap the three dots, and save the settings

QR Code Installation

In case of iOS
  1. Open "Settings"
  2. Choose "Cellular"
  3. Scroll down and choose "Add eSIM"
  4. The "Set Up Cellular" screen will appear. Choose "Use QR Code"
  5. Scan the QR code
  6. Tap "Continue" on the Activate eSIM screen, then wait for the activation process

Direct Installation

iOS Only
  1. Select the product from the "My eSIM" section on the eSIM square site and tap the "Install" button.
  2. Review the important tips and tap the "Install" button.
  3. Tap the "Install" button within the "Install eSIM on the device" display.
  4. The "Mobile Data" screen on your iOS device will open, allowing you to permit the activation of the new eSIM.
  5. Wait for the activation process on the "Activate eSIM" screen.
  6. Once ready to activate, tap the "Continue" button.
  7. On the "Cellular Setup Complete" screen, tap the "Done" button.
  8. Since only two lines can be used simultaneously, turn off any unnecessary lines.
  9. Confirm that the eSIM has been added in the SIM section.
